Greetings faithful patrons! We've had several recurring bouts of sickness, plus the joy of holiday schedules, so we are a bit behind, but this week we are catching up in force!

 

This is meant to be NOVEMBER'S "patron only" episode, and as such, we wanted to continue the theme of elections by delving into one aspect of our system of federalism that can be somewhat confusing: "off-year elections".
